Quite shocked by how @emirates held mother hostage over OLD medical report. Dr completed All sections of EK medical form approving her travel. EK pulls out a 7 month old medical report and says 1 thing on that report low and denies travel! What right do they have to do that!

Issues with accommodation at @FIFAWorldCup!Booked villa for 8 people for 8 days, 6 leave on day 4 and 2 others were going to join. Just told by the accommodation team at @roadto2022en that last 2 need a new booking. I now have an empty villa, what’s the point. Total fiasco!!
