@AmazonHelp 1. The customer service on the app is very weak.
2. Better options should be available from such a great company.
3. The customer service agent boldly lied, then I when I corrected the agent, they said they will escalate to specialist team.
@AppleSupport@Tim_cook@Apple team the links sent for support is not helping! I had an issue with my last iPhone and lived with it, this time it’s gone too far!
