@sherifhany I don’t think so, from my pov, work load increases because everyone is outputting more and the work env is faster. I believe that at some point there will be a trade-off between how many engineers you have and how much ai cost you can have to support them.

@the_shousha @wtfamany في شركتي ده بقي يحصل فعلاً بس لازم انسان يبص علي الكود حتي بعد مايروح البرود، يعني agent يapprove و ممكن author الكود يوديه برود بس لازم انسان يبص حتي لو راح

اعتقد ده بيعتمد قد ايه الci والtests بتاعتك mature وده ميمنعش ان الincedents بتزيد بس ده اللي الشركات متجه ليه

@the_shousha @wtfamany من الحاجات اللي بتعجبني لما الشركة متكونش مهتمية مين اللي عمل كده فعلاً، المهم ازاي تعمل automation for early detection وازاي تمنع الكود الخطأ انه يدخل البرود بسبب خطأ انسان وفي زمن الai ده هيبقي المنطقي اكتر

We are at a stage where code generated is much more than humans can review, while generated code quality is not trust worthy yet! It’s the “uncanny valley of coding agents”
