@1drummerdead @anthonySharksFB@pineconecereal@ClearVisionCol@juniorkingpp You see how you had to go to slavery and not systemic or racial discrimination? Which this entire thread is talking about? You know “Tell me which white people alive today hurt black people in Jim Crow” just would prove everyone point. You bot.
@Unruly_BlackSon Anytime brother. The diaspora war only exist on Twitter because of twitter bots and fake black accounts. I can only speak for America, but all of us get along and exchange culture in Real life. Carribean, African, African-American, Afro-Latin, etc… we love each other in America.
“All my people black so stop asking me why I’m light skin
My great great grandmother was probably raped by the white man
And then the white man went and left his children fatherless
Gave the stereotype to the black man just to escape his cowardice”
@Unruly_BlackSon So we never had a time to make it culturally significant until like the 90’s & 2000’s when Pan-Africanism was at its peak. Just like Jamaicans we are proud of our roots. Figuratively and literally. We never Claimed to invent locs in real life. That’s a Twitter bot thing.
@Unruly_BlackSon Also before the 2000’s The only time black Americans had locs was during slavery because our hair naturally matted into free forms. We know that’s a product of our African blood, but During that time slave masters sheered our hairs like sheep and used it for cotton substitutes.
