Paid for Go Fest research tasks but they won't complete. I've caught multiple rock and fairy types since starting this task and it won't update the catch count.

@NianticHelp Final update of the evening: I factory reset and restored my phone to last week. Still having all the same issues. Still no help.

1. Won't load raids (gets stuck on blue screen until I close the game).
2. Won't load friends list
3. Won't load nearby Pokémon

I have reset the game, deleted/redownloaded the game, phone and game all uptodate. HELP

@YouRJzTruly @NianticHelp @pokemongo I couldn't even get into a raid. It would load the blue screen and nothing but the Items selection. They had the audacity to in-game message me saying it was fixed but it wasn't. Smfh

Happened all day. Basically making the Fest a bust. In-game support said it was fixed when it still isn’t.

@NianticLabs And I still haven’t heard from @NianticHelp on X. So Go Fest was basically a bust, they don’t care about players, and more of my $ down the drain. Happy #PokemonGOFest2023 to those able to play without issues.

Me to in-game support: “I can’t raid, see my friends list, or see nearby Pokémon.”
In-game support: “it looks like the problem was resolved and we won’t refund you your wasted raid tickets”.

Literally none of the issues were fixed.

The fact that I got an automated message focused on compensation and ignoring any of the issues I reported shows to me how low @NianticLabs has fallen. Worried so much for the bottom line that you can’t even have a human reach out about a huge bug and lie about fixing it.
