The most useless bank of india. @AxisBankSupport@AxisBank
Request RBI @RBI to heavily penalize this bank for the most arrogant and useless work ethics and extremely despicable attitude towards customers.
Documents submitted to close forex transactions even after getting acknowledgement from them are lost. Customers are tortured again and again to submit while they play ringa ringa roses.
KYC documents even though submitted are lost or even after repeated reminders they are not processed.
Account is automatically put at debit freeze, EMIs are missed due to their crappy attitude, customers have to bear the brunt of missed payment penalties, interest and CIBIL Black mark. Suffering with this shameless bank for more than 10 years.
Dear Madam @nsitharaman@nsitharamanoffc@dgftindia
Thank you for your many efforts in streamlining the many forms, papers and regulations across various departments.
However, we have been struggling to get a simple AD Code registered in IEC-DGFT due to Director name mismatch between Aadhar and PAN for the last month.
This problem is happening even though Aadhar has been seeded with PAN log ago and all PAN related authentications are happening with the same Aadhar e-Verification already.
However in the DGFT - Digilocker verification. Instead of matching the name based on Registered Fields of First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. The verification is happening through a String verification approach where if the name in the Aadhar is printed as Last Name, First Name & Middle Name the same is not becoming verified with the PAN Database where the name is printed as First Name, Middle Name & Last Name.
This problem means that we are unable to get our AD Code registered for export and our goods are stuck without being able to be exported. Since everything is online there is no help or assistance available anywhere and we are now lost as to how to resolve this issue.
We have made an application in the IT Department for the display name change on the PAN Card and it's almost been a month. We are in the hope that if we have the name printed on the Card as "Last Name, First Name and Middle Name" this will match with the Aadhar card string verification and allow us to register our AD Code. However the application is stuck for processing since almost 4 weeks without a clear resolution in sight.
We kindly request the teams to device a fool proof system where all the databases clearly match the name based on the designated fields rather than a string verification.
This will ensure integrity of data across all ID's and it will not need any Jugaad to change the names in the databases incorrectly by replacing last name with first name to get our AD Code.
While we understand that there is nothing that can be done instantly but these kind of hinderances to trade can be eliminated by having a smooth integration between the databases.
Thank you ๐๐
@besugarfit Hi Team. I bought your CGM Sensor from Amazon and after installation of the patch I'm unable to connect the device to bluetooth. It's been more than 48 hours since installation. Your tech support seems to have abandoned me after a few calls.
I'm in critical need of sensor data and it's extremely distressing that such unreliable devices are sold for such High prices and we are left with no readings for more than 2 days after being sold to be dependent on them.
It's very unfortunate that someone like our esteemed @sachin_rt is having to front this kind of undependable tech.
I was a user of Ultrahuman sensors and never had any problems. Thought to switch to https://t.co/dEETcxPFML due to good feedback on community resources but the main tech is not working for me to do anything.
Please help ASAP๐

Only profitable Airline that India has seen
A rare distinction by any means for this airline to serve a nation. Many people's memories might be faded or gilded from the age of the dinosaurs. However where in a country discipline was a rarity, reliability was scare and no airline could turn a profit, a young upstart in 2006 made India see that we are a nation capable of achieving discipline in operations, reliability in connections and a consistent profit without fleecing the customers of their cherished journeys.
No airline in all these decades managed to shrink India like IndiGo. After IndiGo it was really possible to make a 2 day trip into a single day. A 3 day train journey became a 3 hour hop to the furthest corners of India. This made India more productive. We got to our families faster, satisfied our customers quicker and could do much more with our lives than before 2006.
It might be easy to blame and throw some tantrums due to the nature of the chaos that India saw over the last 10 days when India by IndiGo came unravelling. Also it is easy to feel bad for our situation not withstanding the pandemonium that was playing out probably in the lives of all the IndiGo employees.
This just goes to show how much we have become dependent on a reliable, disciplined IndiGo to keep our lifelines going. There are many airlines which have been there since the very beginning of the last two decades but as a nation we still trust IndiGo more implicitly than we trust the other airlines. That is one of the reasons why we vote by choosing IndiGo more often than other airlines when IndiGo is available. More airports feel it's a celebration if IndiGo has started operations.
The young adult of Indian aviation slipped up and had a nasty fall. Probably the team thought they could do no wrong or it was purely a terrible fallout from a flapping butterfly effect which sent the entire fleet planning into a mess. Whatever be the case a big lesson was served.
I faced the problem personally at the beginning of the unravelling of the Chaos between 26th - 29th November when flights were consistently getting late by a couple of hours across the network.. before it snowballed to a catastrophic collapse a few days later. I had to take IndiGo again with other options limited. By the 10th of December, the network was starting to hum again without any hiccups.
So thank you IndiGo for taking the lessons in solving the problem. Many of us wouldn't think of thanking you all for keeping the faith and restoring the faith. Chin up and keep a keen watch so this doesn't happen again. We look forward to another glorious 18+ years with you as you mature the dream of 'India by IndiGo' to 'World to India by IndiGo'.
You have given India the confidence that it can dream big. Keep the flame high and hopefully in 18 years from now as we come to completing 100 years of our nation, you will be one of the world's largest airline flying Indians everywhere direct from India. @IndiGo6E@RamMNK@MoCA_GoI@PMOIndia
Dear @OlaElectric@bhash
What an Irony that we trusted Ola with our wallets when it was launched with such fanfare and tall claims.
Being one of the initial customers of Ola Electric (Having bought 2 & not 1 scooter). What we find is that we are stuck unable to use our scooters properly for the last one year due to repeated repairs. To make the problems worse, in such a big city like Hyderabad we only have 2 service centres. Both at two extremes of the city.
Additionally people who buy two scooters on one phone number cannot give both scooters for repair simultaneously. We have to wait for one to finish before giving the other.
Each repair cycle takes 3-4 months as there is no repair capacity in service centres and scooters are just left to ROT. SO THIS MEANS FOR NEARLY 8 MONTHS WE CANNOT USE BOTH THE SCOOTERS. CAUSING HUGE LOSS OF INVESTMENT.
Currently from 28th July 2025 I'm waiting on my scooter to be repaired. It's been sitting at the Workshop since 9th September. The last response from Ola Care came on 22nd October promising swift resolution. (Ticket ID 09794271)
Since then no response or movement on the repair in spite of many reminders. We are left with a white elephant that doesn't work.
Dear Gadkari Sir @nitin_gadkari if India has to truly save the fuel import bill. EV manufacturers have to be held accountable for service issues. Having voted with our wallets to save India's forex bill. We are now paying double the penalty of wasted investment and continuous reliance on ICE Vehicles.
@PiyushGoyal@PiyushGoyalOffc Dear Sir, how do you expect Indian Businesses to do any business if the customs officer sitting at ports decides at what rate a business should actually be selling goods for exports. Forget the ease of doing business and tariffs of other nations. Our own countries officials are hell bent on filling their pockets at the cost of nation & business development which kills job growth. We urgently need non-human interaction at ports to ensure we truly become a global economy that competes with the US or China and becomes Viksit Bharat by 2047!
I donโt know her Name but would like to thank this sister from Finland who called me โAnnaโ in chaste Telugu ๐
Will continue to work hard and live up to her affection & expectations ๐
And so it happens again with @AirIndiaX with a royal cock up. 16/12/24. IX-2760. BLR to HYD Upon arrival at the airport we find that the flight is delayed by 30 minutes. 22:15 instead of 21:45 then suddenly the delay is gone and the flight is on time. All passengers rush to the gate to board.. we are boarded very quickly into the wrong aircraft with 30% boarded the Air India SATS team realizes the cock up. Two buses are still on the tarmac waiting for 30 minutes with full passenger loads while the confusion is played out in full comic glory by the staff. Then after much wait without ANY ANNOUNCEMENT the bus just drops us back to arrivals.
There is not a single staff member of AIX there to receive the clueless passengers. All hungama from flight cancelled to flight is unworthy to fly pan out till thankfully a KGIA staff takes it on himself to sort out the mess.
Again we are forced to clear security and rushed to the same gate to do the correct boarding. All along there was absolute apathy on the part of AIX staff for people with Infants and Seniors. @DGCAIndia even if passengers are not compensated for this delay and circus, the airline should be heavily penalized for this highly incompetent show which poses a great security risk and runs a circus show at the cost of the passenger wellness and budget. Many senior flyers were close to boil due to the rush and we finally landed in HYD at 10 past midnight with more than an hour delay.
@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir thank U 4 the wonderful work the team is upto with VB trains 4 day n sleeper. A few toddler friendly coaches in the train 4 all parents with <3 year olds would be a cool aspiration of Viksit Bharat ideals. Thank you 2 the entire team 4 the development vision
Once Indian aviation has more choice. The first one to suffer is going to be you. Your teenage years of 15-18 have given a flavour of a very ill thinking airline from a customer perspective.
Wishing you will reflect and become a mature ADULT as you age. ๐(9/9)
Hello @IndiGo6E what scam are you guys running in the name of Super 6e. I took the service on my flight today and was not expecting Sandwich and Drink to be served in the aircraft. When booking I didn't get any choice to choose but the curated bag was auto selected. (1/9)
But IndiGo continues to sell it blatantly. @DGCAIndia Only repeat travelers can pick these patterns of abuse institutionalised after Shri Gangwal ji left the Baby he designed n birthed with many sincere souls.
Bad times are on the way for you @IndiGo6E. (8/9)
