@SebCuntParis18 Just took a scalpel and cutted it slowly. Bleeding stops quite fast. You can use numbing cream, if the pain is to heavy.
I reached 0.5-1 cm each time, but regrowing is hard, when you reach the erectile part.

@B72863547 It‘s a Labret, so it‘s flat on the inside. Just inserted the piecing in the urethra, pushed it against it from the inside and cuttet it out from the outside, till it wildes through. Was quite easy with zero blood. Didn‘t expect it to be that easy.
