@AmOrnithologist I've been an @inaturalist user a long time, and tracking all kinds of wildlife. This year I got into mothing and entomology, been spending more time outside tracking the insect migrations.

While we were in Rockport to do the hummingbirds, we also went to Goose Island to bird, saw reddish egrets doing their dance, and also spotted a peregrine falcon.
We went to the HummerBird Celebration in Rockport, TX this weekend. The home tours were awesome, great to see the community participation, and *so many birds*.
Leptoptilos robustus was the largest stork. It lived from 2.5 mya to 11,000 ya. It stood at about 1.8 metres (5.9 ft) tall and weighed up to an estimated 16 kilograms (35 lb).
