@CallumLyon Fiscal drag & inflation is making everyone worse off. Your pay rise to combat inflation is consumed in taxes, the government makes the gain, then spaff it.
@Livarpoolky8p@roberthenryjohn We pay into a system, essentially lending the government money, then they renegade on their part of the deal.
Bailing out banks, vanity projects and excessive expenditure is wha is crippling us with debt.
@kars19581963@JamesMelville Covid- over reaction.
Furlough- taxpayers paying people for a year to sit at home is one of the dumbest things ever,
Eat out to help out- madness.
Energy- one of the highest paying nations: impacting citizens and business.
Ukraine-where’s the missing aid money?
@JamesMelville Completely irresponsible. Future generations burdened. What a mess! Governments spunking money on vanity projects: Hs2, track & trace, net zero. All costing billions with no return.
@DanNeidle@Veritas_helper It really does look like it will benefit people that are just flirting with 40% tax when they work overtime. I can’t believe the backlash about a policy that actually rewards people that work. Always sickened me doing extra hours and paying more, with HICBC it crippled me.
@DanNeidle It does give hope to parents that want to work that extra bit to take kids on holidays, or young people saving for a mortgage. Those working 40 hrs a week have contributed their bit to society.
@OliverCooper Brilliant idea, at last a party rewarding hard working people. Your nurses, your ambulance staff, police service, firefighters finally being rewarded for doing those extra shifts keeping people safe, and indeed in every industry were people go above and beyond.
@SkyNews@TrevorPTweets@RobertJenrick Great policy! Having worked a 40hr week you’ve contributed your bit to society, anything above that should be your own to spend on your family. At last a party that encourages and rewards hard working people!
@Rainmaker1973 Scientists can’t figure out where Covid 19 came from when there was a test lab studying coronavirus’ at the centre origin of the outbreak yet can come up with this. 👏
@harry_ralphs@NotFarLeftAtAll Affordable housing is a different entity, this is failed government polices in particular supply /demand and open borders. Basic economics.
Youngster’s should have a reasonable retirement age and pot to collect after paying into a system that offers very little else.
