@OllieLansdowne @flemingrut Would love to chat about doing some work around the 1662 prayerbook!

@EllenMontei @OllieLansdowne @flemingrut We’ve got them for sale over at our site and we can ship to you! Bliss Lemmon is our art/creative designer and she designed the liturgical calendar wheel, influenced, in part, out of her time working for @NashotahHouse.

@OllieLansdowne @flemingrut We have yet to create a 1662 prayerbook version, but y’all are welcome to check out our liturgical year collection! We have a calendar and weekly planner in addition to the circle wheel print. https://t.co/vGKlueBL08

The above quote comes from Cyril of Jerusalem, 4th century.

[Modern Liturgic @ModernLiturgic]

“We preach not one coming only of Jesus Christ, but a second also, far more glorious than the first. The first revealed the meaning of his patient endurance; the second brings with it the crown of the divine kingdom.”

Blessings upon your Advent! #advent #Advent2018

In our secret yearnings
we wait for your coming,
and in our grinding despair
we doubt that you will.
And in this privileged place
we are surrounded by witnesses who yearn more than do we
and by those who despair more deeply than do we.
