We pretend not to care about England but when that final whistle goes and we’ve done it - decades of emotions will pour out of every one of us…if we ever do it.
@HJJ92_ We have Dr France offering The Everton Collection worth millions to the club - the best football memorabilia collection in the world that could be in the pump house in the plaza as a permanent museum. We could make something amazing that would attract all football fans.
@HJJ92_ Do we have blue buses outside the cruise terminal every hour for cruise guests like Liverpool do? No. Do we try to attract new people to visit the club shop or do the tours? No. Is the whole place empty whilst Anfield is full to bursting everyday? Yes.
@HJJ92_ Yes, it’s one of 30 tours that the ship offers. Maybe 3-4 people will go there as it’s miles away. They would go to Hill Dickinson though given the choice and idea to do it. If we had a museum and attractions for them.
@HJJ92_@EFCUTT78 We weren’t on the banks of a river with thousands of people sailing past though. It’s the entrance to the city and people don’t know whose stadium it is.
American guests overheard passing through the Mersey last week - ‘I wonder who’s ground that is’ - let’s hear your sensible reasoning for that. Where’s the massive ‘welcome to Liverpool - the home of Everton’ sign? Do you think Liverpool Football Club would had no signage?
@HJJ92_ It’s a list of available tours onboard a ship sailing o to Liverpool. If you were sailing into New York and they had a Boston Red Sox tour and no Yankees tour, you’d think that was weird right?
@HJJ92_ A complete misunderstanding of what I’m talking about. There’s 30 tours on the tour page 27 in Liverpool. 1 on the Wirral, one in Chester and one in Manchester - none down the road to our ground
@HJJ92_ We’re a 22 minute walk from the port mate. What do you mean? Don’t you think people should be coming to spend money with us rather than City an hour away?
