@nordstromrack#francosarto this is insane... this started happening a month into my purchase. NEVER had this happen with shoes I have even worn for years without getting re-soled. should should last for way more than a 45 day return policy....ridiculous.
@nordstromrack Your Franco Sarto leather booties I paid good money for in fall started falling apart in the feel a month after I got them. Insane for that price I paid. Can't believe the quality! I should get a refund or new pair sent.

@Sur_La_Table I have been following up with your customer service team for months now regarding a refund for a broken plate shipped to me from the Braintree store & have gotten no response & automated replies! The store told me on the phone it needs to be handled by corporate.
