Holy Qur'an Surah 4: An-Nisa The Women Ayat 1 -36

As women of God, we have been given a beautiful responsibility. We are mothers, nurturers, sisters, aunties, teachers, and protectors. But don't ever mistake our gentle nature for weakness.

In Surah 4, Allah reminds us of the importance of family, compassion, kindness, and caring for those in need. Our strength is not only reflected in how we stand up for ourselves, but also in how we nurture, serve, and uplift others.

We can be soft in nature and still stand firm in our convictions. Being compassionate doesn't mean allowing others to mistreat us, and being nurturing doesn't mean neglecting ourselves.
Being a woman of God means knowing when to be gentle, when to be firm, and when to stand for righteousness.

We are strong, wise women of God. Nurturers by nature, warriors in spirit, and graceful in our presence.

Deadly but dainty! Never mistake our grace for weakness.

Oh, to be an M.G.T. & G.C.C. Vanguard is one of the greatest honors in the world!

Yes, we are mothers. Yes, we are nurturers. Yes, we are sisters, aunties, and caregivers. We carry ourselves with grace, love, compassion, and dignity. But don't ever mistake our softness for weakness!
We are also soldiers of Muhammad!

We can be gentle in spirit and still be strong in our convictions. We can nurture our families while standing firm in our faith. We were not taught to be weak, fearful, or easily shaken.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught us discipline, strength, self-respect, and the importance of knowing our divine value as women.

We are women of refinement, but make no mistake about it: Muhammad made warriors!

And there is something powerful about a woman who knows when to be gentle, when to stand firm, and when to let her faith speak for itself.

I pray that you woke up this morning, took care of yourself, and made your morning prayer. The mere fact that Allah blessed us with another day above ground is a reminder that He is not finished with us yet! APDTA!

Every new day is another opportunity to grow, correct our mistakes, and become better than we were yesterday.
We're not always going to get everything right, but when you recognize your growth, smile and give yourself some grace.

That means you're learning, evolving, and moving closer to your purpose.

Allah did not create us to remain the same. We have a purpose to fulfill, goals to accomplish, and a light within us that should continue to shine, even through life's trials.

So, as you go about your Tuesday, remember this:

You're still here for a reason. Keep praying, keep striving, and never stop becoming who Allah created you to be.

I wanted to share a picture of Nasirah and her debutante sisters from Lansing Les Meres et Debutantes and the Detroit Cotillion Society. Yesterday, the girls came together for a fun day at the apple orchard!

This is what the debutante experience is about: building sisterhood, creating memories, and forming lifelong friendships beyond the Cotillion Ball.
Thank you all again for supporting my daughter. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, and I will personally be sending thank-you cards to everyone who has contributed.
