This piece was inspired by the battling voices in my head, like a constant war that rages on inside.

One voice (grim reaper) tells me to give in and let my worries win.
While the other (dragon) tells me to push on, fight and conquer my fears.

I listen to both voices. The battle is intense. Who will emerge victorious?

Most times the toughest battles we fight are the ones in our head. What I am sure is that it is important to be kind to yourself and remember that you are stronger than you think.

To be a hero or a villain
The turmoil in my head
Battling the dilemma
Fear to take a step ahead
I unleashed my dragon
As I am drowning deeper
But will it be victorious
Against my mighty reaper?
