I had always been wondering who did General Molefe Fani report to, I thought Supply Chain was under Finance, therefore reporting to General Puleng Dimpane, now Acting National Commissioner. Apparently at SAPS, reporting lines are that he reports directly to the National Commissioner as Divisional Commissioner: Supply Chain Management. General Dimpane headed Financial Management Division as CFO.

This is why they were able to go straight for General Masemola but the culprit remains untouched.

One of the weirdest things about these African leaders and the so-called "Black middle-class" is that they never bother to ask themselves why is it that Johann Rupert is a second generation billionaire who inherited his fathers wealth yet him and his siblings went to PUBLIC schools - the boys went to Afrikaans PUBLIC schools, the girls went to Afrikaans public schools.

Doesn't it bother these African leaders that they have not BUILT one PUBLIC school of that calibre in over 30 years?
