Not a procrastinator, but there's something about working under pressure that drives me. Some say it's a false notion, but hey, if it ain't broke, why fix it? 🤷🏽♀️
Lately, blocking time in my calendar has been a game changer. Even small tasks go in there. Life's busy, but I think I’ve created a system that works for me!
I’ve learned that feeling anxious when entering new spaces or tackling something new is not just okay, it's normal. It's uncomfortable, but I try to remember, it's a sign I’m pushing a boundary.
Recently, I had THREE great meetings centered around projects my younger self could only have imagined. It took me a while to become this confident in navigating these spaces, but recognizing where I stand now makes me proud of myself.

Don’t let anyone else define what's worth your joy. All your achievements are important, big and small.
I've built my confidence by celebrating my small victories. Each success deserves a party!
I create my own balance, understanding it looks different every day. What works today might not tomorrow, and that's okay. Balancing work and life isn't about finding a perfect formula; it's about adapting and thriving in each moment.
So the advice is to prioritize consistency, adapt workouts to suit individual needs (which can change daily), and recognize any form of physical activity as a step towards achieving whatever your goal is. Mine is staying strong!

Lately, I've been pretty good about making it to the gym regularly. Let's pause and appreciate that achievement for a moment. Getting there is half the battle, right?
Now, I won't claim I'm there every single day, but I am there most days and I've learned to listen to my body. Not every session is a hardcore workout. Some days, it's a casual stroll on the treadmill followed by a sauna session. Movement and sweat... tick off those boxes. A win!
