@BigFreezy@Camsiyonna1 Again this is fictional. It isn’t how MI is diagnosed in the ED. A stress test during an active MI would kill her. The rest is just you being rude and undignified.
@MachoHomer@Camsiyonna1 It’s pretty fictional and inaccurate. A stress test would kill you if you’re having an acute MI in that instance. That’s not how they’re diagnosed
@drkeithsiau O my Neville … only he can present this data and conclude that he doesn’t want VAR. 😂. That’s what you get when an awful player becomes a pundit.
@JGPharmD @ReadTheSyllabus Looking a few years ahead, I don’t expect to be on X. Way too many bots and fake accounts. It’s more suited for anti science and extremist views. Academics need a more intelligent platform to benefit from exchanging ideas with one another.
@malkeasaad I see! I think you’re right and I was under the misconception that it had to be US residency to be eligible for licensure. Apparently it can be any ACGME training post-graduation from med school
@ImBigPharma@dralicehan@Weavofloxacin@DrToddLee@BradSpellberg @TBrnaughtTB Nice! Plasmid acquired NDM without ESBL.
this question boils down to:
would you use aztreonam ‘monotherapy’ to treat NDM+ producing enterobacterales that seemingly does not concomitantly produce ESBL. (evidenced by aztreonam susceptibility even without avibactam).
@infectio01@PaulSaxMD The search function on ebooks tipped the balance for me. There’s power in typing “NDM” and seeing results pop up in 10 different chapters at once, with the added capability to navigate to them within minutes.
