@Aramex @ShopandShip Absolutely unacceptable, Your pricing is misleading, your customer service has been useless, and now you’re trying to charge me more than what I was originally quoted. This is one of the worst shipping experiences I’ve ever had.

@OoredooQatar is the worse company you deal with and they blame the customer for their technical issues. Overpriced, unreliable and frustratingly inconsistent. We deserve a better company in Qatar 👎👎

@kiwicom247 My refund request was since 16/07/2020 (312 days) for booking #118563214 and 02/10/2020 (234 days ) for booking #125254987 still nothing received. Both airlines have confirmed refunding the money back for months. Also the online helpdesk doesn't reply for 10 days👎🏻👎🏻
