President Trump called Gentner Drummond a “fake republican.” Drummond just endorsed a fake Republican for state superintendent who said DEI is a biblical principle.
Oklahoma, don’t let you state fall into fake Republican hands!!
I think they ask a salient question -- WHERE WILL OUR NEXT GOVERNOR SPEND HIS TIME? Where the wind goes sweeping down the plains or will it be spent on the coast enjoying the sea breeze? #MakeItMakeSense
AG Gentner Drummond and wife Wendy joined the ultra-exclusive Boothbay Harbor Country Club in Maine as Sports Members in 2022.
With sky-high initiation fees (rumored around $75,000 for full access) and annual dues north of $18,000 for a family, plus food minimums, this isn’t a casual signup. You’d need to spend serious time there to make it worthwhile.
Amenities include:
• Fitness center
• Saltwater pool
• Tennis and pickleball
 Giselaine’s Spa
• Fine dining
• And more
All while their luxury waterfront estate sits nearby.
Question for Oklahoma voters: How much time are our elected leaders actually spending in Maine versus fighting for folks back home dealing with insurance rates, property taxes, and everyday struggles? Governing from the Governor’s Mansion in OKC… or unwinding on the coast?

Franklin is a democrat in republican clothing. Do not be fooled on August 25th.

🚨 MANSION IN MAINE?
Gentner Drummond wants to be Oklahoma’s next Governor. But here’s a question every voter should ask:
If elected, will he govern from the Governor’s Mansion in Oklahoma City… or from his $2.25 million luxury waterfront compound in Maine?
In October 2020, during the height of the first major PPP loan wave, Drummond and his wife Wendy purchased property at 32 Hodgdon Cove Road in West Boothbay Harbor, Maine for $2,250,000.
This isn’t a modest vacation cabin.
Property records and real estate listings describe a roughly 3,650-square-foot waterfront home featuring five bedrooms, 3.5 to 4 bathrooms, multiple acres of land, direct cove frontage, a horse barn, and a boathouse on the water. Think more coastal compound than weekend getaway.
The purchase was financed with a reported $1.5 million mortgage through Blue Sky Bank, an institution where Drummond and family members have longstanding leadership and ownership connections.
Then came the refinance.
Meanwhile, Drummond-affiliated businesses, including ranching, retail, and legal operations, reportedly received approximately $3.6 million in PPP loans across multiple rounds. Public records indicate roughly $1.7 million of those funds came through a second PPP round processed by Blue Sky Bank itself.
The timing raises questions.
Public tax records in Boothbay Harbor and Lincoln County, Maine confirm ownership by Gentner F. and Wendy Drummond. There is nothing illegal about owning a second home. Wealthy business owners do it all the time.
But voters are also entitled to ask whether someone seeking Oklahoma’s highest office is fully invested in Oklahoma.
Drummond often highlights his Oklahoma credentials: fighter pilot, rancher, Attorney General, and businessman. Yet critics continue to point to the Maine property, the bank relationships, and the optics of maintaining a luxury out-of-state residence while seeking to lead Oklahoma through major challenges involving education, prisons, infrastructure, insurance, and economic development.
The issue is not whether he can own a mansion in Maine.
The question is whether Oklahoma should be governed by someone whose attention appears divided between the Sooner State and a waterfront estate nearly 2,000 miles away.
The deeds are public.
The PPP records are public.
The bank connections are public.
Do your own research and draw your own conclusions.
Mansion in Maine… or commitment to Oklahoma?

I’ve never been in a position to have to make a gracious concession speech before. How does one do it?
Well apparently, you’re supposed to use the phrase “Although we didn’t get the result we wanted…” That’s the official script everyone is using, lol. Rather mild for the emotions spiking inside you.
This is the real gamut of your thoughts:
How can the world be so stupid? Well, 530 people voted for a dead guy over in State Senate 38. Imagine if he’d won.
WHO are these 530 people? Did they drive themselves to the voting booth? Do you realize most races at the state house and senate level were decided with less than 500 votes? Many of my new friends who are ordinary, good people who just want to serve their community and fix a few problems were defeated with 100,000s of dollars in dark money attacks – by a handful of votes.
How can the world be so evil? The candidates who told outrageous lies advanced. The candidate who bought a second house in district to make a carpetbagger run advanced. The gubernatorial guy who was booed at every event I attended and had no yard signs in the entirety of CD4 advanced. The sexting pastor advanced. The creepy, misogynistic rancher advanced. The old commissioner with dementia advanced. The decrepit lifelong incumbents advanced.
Incredible.
How can the world be so lazy? Oklahoma’s low voter turnout numbers are splashed all over media today. Oklahoma has 2.4M registered Rs… roughly 2M stayed home. At one point I planned to approach all the churches in CD4 to do my presentation on federal corruption on a weeknight. I seem to remember less than 40% Christians vote/ less than 40% gun-owners vote? Or something like that. I meant to outreach, but hey, this mostly one-woman show (til the end) was stretched very thin.
I pulled 29% of the vote against the second-most powerful Republican Congressman in Washington D.C. With $3100. That’s 14 cents spent per vote (21,393). He spent $2,800,000 to get 52,694 votes, spending $53.14 for each vote. He outspent me by almost ONE THOUSAND times. Well, that doesn’t include the dark money he marshaled that fueled the early TV and some mailers. Who knows how much and where (which NGO) that came from.
The Positives: I pulled more than the Trump-endorsed beleaguered pastor over in CD1, who did advance technically. I got more votes than both the D primary candidates in CD4 who received 15K and 18K. And I got more than Paul Bondar did two years ago (16K) who spent more than FIVE MILLION of his own money.
Does my result represent hope? Maybe.
In the final analysis, our country can’t keep going the way it is. When the economy caves in under the weight of the inflationary spending and debt, and more people learn about the staggering amount of corruption driving it, I see meaningless war in the streets. Ds and Rs facing off, as if a Uni-party Establishment isn’t responsible. Only when the people realize the bread is stale and the circuses are boring...
The other factor we don't talk about? The Swamp will eventually die off. The Coles, Pelosis, McConnells, Schumers will pass on to their heavenly reward and have to leave behind all the ill-gotten earthly ones. And then, perhaps we can sneak into office a normal human being. Otherwise, I’m beginning to understand only God is powerful enough to take ‘em out.
