In Odessa, a man was seen lying on the pavement with visible signs of beating, reportedly convulsing.

According to local social media channels, the incident followed a confrontation with employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC).

Medical personnel arrived at the scene, and the cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
