Officers from the Somali National Army's Land, Naval, and Air Forces have completed postgraduate studies in Strategic Studies and International Military Affairs at the Turkish National Defence University.

The graduation highlights Türkiye's growing role in developing Somalia's military leadership. Over the past decade, Somalia has relied heavily on Turkish military education and training to build a new generation of professional officers, making Türkiye one of its closest defense partners.
