K0077 & K0938 89T buses by Tambaram Depot are frequently running b2b instead of maintaining proper intervals, it happens for more than 2 months,leaving commuters waiting for long duration.
Students & working people were affected.

Please take any actions immediately.

Disappointment with the MTC spl bus I boarded at KCBT departing at 3:30pm, the bus has only reached Thindivanam after 3 hours, has the speed lock of 50Kmph, speeds can't be adjusted?upto 65Kmph. Request you to look into & address the delays. @MtcChennai

Today I visited the Nagercoil Vadasery SETC booking counter to book tickets for 4 family members. The staff asked me to fill separate application forms for each individual person. When I asked why, she said it was their system.@arasubus @TamilanParthib1 @MohanG70Raj @tnstcbus

During this hot season sealing a vent on the hot route buses makes so much uncomfortable for the passengers please take necessary actions to repair the vent instead of sealing completely.

@MtcChennai @arasubus Today I traveled on bus TAK 0429 202 from Kundrathur to Tambaram. I usually use the Chennai One app for booking tickets and have been using it regularly for the past 3 months without any issues during my travel.

Also, what should passengers do if they have already pre-booked or paid

for tickets through the app before boarding the bus? Clear guidance is needed to avoid confusion and unnecessary issues during travel.

Looks like Chennai one QR codes were printed on other side of these papers.

When asking CI officers at Pallavaram BS today, they refused to answer, saying "Adhala engalta kekadheenga."

@MtcChennai Commuters on the Mangadu - Kundrathur - Pammal - Pallavaram stretch are suffering daily. Route 66 is missing for 45+ mins during peak hours, followed by 6 buses back-to-back after 9 AM. This bunching is useless for #office users & Importantly #students!! @tnstcbus

@arasubus @tnstcbus Myself and my friends boarded TN 01 AN 1940 Kanyakumari Depot as Kilambakam Tiruvannamalai Special at 4pm. Tyre got Puncture after Madhurandhagam around 5.50pm till now no actions taken conductor is searching for shops. No shops here please help us out
