I am forced to publicly bring forward my issue I am facing with your store on this channel, as I have not been getting any help. I have tried email, messenger, call to customer care and even store visit.

@raymourflanigan I should not be held responsible for a manufacturing defect which Raymour clearly missed in its inspection.
The defective sofa at home is dangerous for our 2 year old kid who has already gone through lots of complications. The particles coming out of sofa is not good.
