Citizens in switzerland are part time parliamentarians

Any constitutional change needs a federal referendum. Change needs majority of the cantons.

-Civil service members in Turkey are not allowed to be members of any political party.

- The voter turnout was 87% in the last presidential elections.

- Turkey can play the role as a mediator between russian federation and Ukraine.

-Only 6 out of 600 members of the Turkish Parliament are independent, and there are 135 political parties in Turkey.
