They can be easily fooled using “religion” and “Gaza” card. You can scam them off easily.

@IACMaldives is making millions off them. They don’t face problems with USD. They face no problems getting goods to Gaza too. You know why? Cause your money is not used to buy anything for Gaza except for a few items which they use for photos and videos. Those who’re running IAC have become millionaires with apartments in Turkey and Malaysia.
