Also, we make up 1.6% of US population and 1.4% of US military personnel.

And yet I think we need to fix the H1B program. It’s got issues.

@DoLesbiansTip @JBlunt1018 Correct. Except the caps came into effect in 1990. But you have a point… this was well known. And even though H1B is a dual intent visa, the visa holder knew the caps to convert to a green card upfront.
