But it nowhere mentioned that we need a base+IR pack to use IR services.
Hence this is a matter of consumer rights, which Jio doesn't respect.
No transparency. Misleading.

If ignored, you're protecting poor behaviour of your service employees. This is a unlawful.

They ask us to be patient but when we ask them, they disappear.
Very unprofessional and unethical practices by Jio.
There are many incidents I've faced. This isn't the first, this is latest.

I experienced, Consumer harrassment is only result of their Customer Service.
No transparent information.
