HELP! URGENT! Not able to reach the customer care at
@Yatra_Care@YatraOfficial
for rescheduling of international flights (scheduled for tomorrow). When I call, they just say that you are not calling from registered number even when I am. No call transfer to a CC.
@Yatra_Care Thanks for sharing charges.
I would like to move ahead with rescheduling to 21 Jul 2023, Flight AI 380 23:15 hrs.
I can't reach customer care on phone and this rescheduling is not allowed directly online. What to do next?
@Yatra_Care I am not able to do a reschedule online on https://t.co/gOjjF6D4gZ or reach customer care via phone.
Thanks for sharing the applicable charges. Please let me know what would be the process to continue with the reschedule to 21 July flight AI 380 DEL to SIN at 23:15 hrs.
@Yatra_Care Thanks for details. Reschedule charges per pax is very high. Request to also inform on applicable ticket cancellation charges and applicable refund.
@Yatra_Care@Yatra_Care Booking is from Delhi to Singapore.
It would be appreciated if a customer care rep can get in touch with me to discuss rescheduling details and conclude the transaction.
@airindiain Please confirm if the Delhi-SG flight is a designated VTL flight? Flight Number AI382 (starting 29-Dec-2021).
VTL is a pre-requisite for entry to Singapore. It would be really good to add this information on the flight details on the website. Singapore Airlines is doing this.
@EmiratesSupport Talked to Emirates Dubai Contact Centre. Understand that info on Singapore rules for pre-departure Covid testing (not needed for Children below 6 years) is updated on their side. And got re-assurance that same info will be with Airport staff. No test needed for infant π
@EmiratesSupport Request confirmation that we don't need toΒ take a Covid-19 PCR test for the 8-month old infant. We are traveling to Singapore on 15 Dec 2020 10:00 AM
@EmiratesSupport Request to update the travel advisory rules for children (6 years and below) on Emirates site, if you recieved official updates from Singapore. We have a PCR test appointment on Sunday morning and would ideally want to avoid the disomfort for the baby. Thanks! π
@EmiratesSupport Okay. May I request the Emirates team to proactively seek updated info from SG ICA. Would really help passengers with their planning and avoid un-necessary pain/discomfort to small kids. Thanks!
@EmiratesSupport This is exactly what I am trying to update you on.
New rules from SG government say no PCR test required for 6 years and below children: https://t.co/7ARWYpnYCD
@EmiratesSupport@emirates@Emirates247 We understand that Singapore doesnβt require Children (6 years and below) to take a PCR test if entering Singapore after 14 Dec 2020 23:59 hours. Please confirm that same is updated in the Emirates processes.
