Bikes on installments (11k per month for boys and around 7k per month for girls).
Instead of throwing that much money on bikes, why not build public transport.
Never understood why the government has to run taxi, laptop, motorcycle schemes. You are meant to build public infrastructure using public money but our government’s always act like this is their phupho’s money and that must be burnt without thinking of accountability.
