30 DAYS VIRTUAL PROTEST – DAY 11/30
DAY 11: WAS THE COMPLETE AUDIO EXAMINED OR ONLY SELECTED CLIPS?
On this Day 11 of the 30 Days Virtual Protest, we respectfully raise a fundamental question before the nation: Was the entire audio recording examined, or were conclusions drawn only from selected excerpts?
A complete recording provides context, continuity, intent, and clarity. Selected clips can omit important portions of a conversation and may create misunderstanding, confusion, or incomplete interpretation. Forensic truth cannot be established through fragments alone.
As members of the Kuki community and as citizens of India, we speak from a place of deep pain and unresolved suffering. Since the violence in Manipur began, many families have endured displacement, destruction of homes and churches, loss of livelihoods, economic hardship, fear, insecurity, and the loss of innocent loved ones. Survivors continue to live with trauma that cannot be erased by silence or delay.
We respectfully appeal to the Supreme Court of India not to permit assumptions, political narratives, or public speculation to replace scientific scrutiny. The authenticity of the audio recordings publicly attributed to former Chief Minister N. Biren Singh can be determined only through a complete, independent, transparent, and scientific forensic examination conducted by qualified experts under judicial supervision.
The original recordings, source files, metadata, timestamps, voice samples, acoustic patterns, editing traces, and any alleged indicators of manipulation must be thoroughly examined. Conflicting forensic findings require careful judicial scrutiny. Dismissal cannot replace scientific verification.
This is not a demand for predetermined guilt. It is a demand for truth, accountability, due process, and justice. If the recordings are authentic, the truth must emerge through lawful scrutiny. If they are manipulated or fabricated, that too must be established conclusively through credible forensic investigation. Either way, India deserves certainty, not uncertainty.
We therefore call upon the Supreme Court of India, NIA, CBI, NHRC, and all constitutional authorities to preserve all original evidence, permit independent forensic examination, ensure transparency in the investigative process, protect witnesses and experts, and place scientific evidence above political influence.
The suffering of innocent civilians must never be reduced to a political debate. Public confidence in constitutional institutions depends on a process that is impartial, transparent, scientific, and beyond reasonable doubt. Justice delayed deepens the wounds of survivors.
DAY 11 MESSAGE:
The complete record holds the answers. Partial evidence can lead to false conclusions. Let the complete audio be tested. Let the evidence speak. Let science determine the truth. Let truth prevail and let justice prevail for every victim of Manipur.

We would like to remind Manipuri Naga groups that there are many Manipuri Naga villages in Kangpokpi district. Despite this, we have allowed them to live peacefully because we choose peace. Repeated provocations by NSCN-IM and its allied CSO groups, such as NPO, SDSA, UNC, etc., will force us to take decisive action to protect our lives and safeguard our interests.
