When it comes to XRPL my opinion is that the vast majority of people in crypto misses a critical point about its design.

It’s fundamentally designed to maximize liquidity when swapping between assets on XRPL (both issued assets and XRP).

This is the ledger’s *superpower* so to speak.

Path-finding, autobridging, the DEX & AMM all combined gives the ledger its superpower.

Importantly, all these features are NATIVE to the XRPL. They’re not L2s, as in some other chains having similar features.

Why am I mentioning this?

Recently, we’ve seen a fantastic development of mainstream financial institutions telling us that public blockchains are the future & that private blockchains are missing some key features that can only be satisfied by public blockchains.

A critical piece of the puzzle other than its open and transparent nature of public blockchains being LIQUIDITY!

And as I mentioned first XRPL being purpose built for this task and XRP being the natural bridge on XRPL thanks to autobridging (looking for XRP liquidity first in a swap). All blockchains are not the same.

It’s amazing to me witnessing the foresight of the original architects of the XRPL and how it’s slowly coming into fruition. Similar to how we’re now told tokenization is the FUTURE and how Trillions of $ will be tokenized on public blockchains.

XRPL was the FIRST public blockchain with tokenization.
