@BleacherNation Ok math time. Tonight was game 75 for our Cubs. 87 games to go. Almost halfway though the season. They need to play at least .620 ball the rest of the season to have 93 wins. 90 will be the probable minimum wins to make the playoffs. So yeah technically possible

@TScaryMovies @Variety Sinners had half the budget of Thunderbolts. I think that's what the article is mostly talking about. Thunderbolts cost $180M to make and has barely cleared that. Sinners was Excellent and also quite profitable. Both relied heavily on word of mouth as well.

If it feels like it's been awhile since Cubs have been this good, it's cuz it has. Cubs are 15 games over .500 for the first time since 2018 (53-38). 1st time 15 over .500 before July since 2016 (21-6). 🫨
