@IRCTCofficial I tried booking a Tatkal ticket through Rail One, the amount against the ticket got debited from my bank aswell however no ticket is being shown under My Bookings

This is really frustrating, should we as customers shift to a different wifi service provider because that seems to be the only option left
The payments are long cleared yet the issue persists

However after initiating the return request, and post the deduction fee of Rs. 49 I should've received a refund of Rs. 5428.6 however I only recieved Rs. 775.28. Please look into it ASAP

The product is of the same quality as recieved, no damage was done and was returned in the original packaging aswell
