It was a pleasure today to receive the team of Correct the Map as we build on my earlier engagement to raise awareness on the need to correct the map to reflect the true proportion of Africa in the world map.

This is part of my commitment and efforts to contribute to implementing the African Union theme of the year in a meaningful manner for Africa and the @_AfricanUnion.

I am please to note that our efforts so far have triggered wide interest in Africa and beyond.

I am also satisfied that many AU leaders are ready to champion this initiative within the African Union.
