@coopuk waited over the 72 hours to hear back re co op movie voucher. Then did the contact form as you advise, this was almost a week ago and still no reply. What do you suggest now as this is ridiculous?! Why promote a deal when it can’t be honoured or kept up with 🤷🏽♀️
I would advise time and time again that people DO NOT shop here unless they are 100% certain they will not have any issues and require support. No email address can be given to log complaints, false promises and staff that are rude. I cannot express how angry I am @currys
Massive shout out to the customer service team at @currys for being the most difficult and disappointing that I have ever encountered. Onto my 4th promised manager call back and I hope have little hope this will happen tomorrow. Constantly fobbed off by rude staff and lied to.
Web chat not much more helpful, I asked on 5 occasions for the complaints procedure and the agent was rude yet didn’t seem to know what one of those would be. Considering the size of this organisation the way customer service handle after care is horrific.
The most recent manager call back I was told the agent personally went into her as she was in a meeting and I was assured to get a call by 6.30pm but did that happen…no. Everytime I call I am given more garbage excuses as to why they didn’t call…

@dizzeebee1@coopuk Yeah they rejected it originally with no specific reason so I resubmitted it in case the photo wasn’t clear enough. This was nearly 2 weeks ago now. Shouldn’t have to wait weeks to watch your movie 😂
