We are excited to announce the installation of FACSDiscover™️ S8 imaging spectral flow cytometer and cell sorter in the BRIC-NIBMG Core Facility.

This advanced platform will enable simultaneous imaging and spectral detection of 44 different parameters from individual cells.

Researchers can now:
✅ Capture Morphological Insights – Visualise cells as acquired and sorted, enabling deeper phenotyping
✅ Spectral Precision – Resolve complex fluorophore panels
✅ AI-Driven Analysis – Leverage advanced algorithms for smarter gating and decision-making

This technology will empower ongoing cutting-edge projects on multi-omic integration, single-cell studies, immune profiling, tumour heterogeneity, rare cell isolation, and next-level functional insights, setting a new standard of Biomedical Research at NIBMG.
