I am thrilled to announce my election as President of @EagleForumEdLeg, the 501(c)(3) founded by Phyllis Schlafly in 1981.

Phyllis Schlafly was one of the greatest women ever to have operated in American politics—perhaps the greatest. Carrying on her legacy is a significant privilege and, of course, a challenge to live up to. I am honored by the trust the Board has placed in me to take on Phyllis’s mantle and lead such a storied organization.

The Fort Worth PD police account is an official government account. Because these pages serve as official government channels, courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court—have consistently ruled that blocking citizens based on their political or critical viewpoints violates their free speech rights.

In other words, it is illegal for them to block @libsoftiktok.

This police department really does not understand the first amendment.

BREAKING UPDATE: @fortworthpd released a statement to Fox, ADMITTING that their officers "made certain statements that were not accurate" after they threatened to ticket Christian preachers for "offensive" speech.

They also said they will "provide refresher training to Fort Worth Police Officers and new trainees on First Amendment protections."

Not good enough. These officers blatantly violated the 1st Amendment MULTIPLE TIMES.

They should be FIRED.

Fort Worth police officer says that calling a biological male a "sir" is a "grey area" and that he would potentially ticket @wfcpreacher for "offending" a man pretending to be a woman.

The cop then says he WOULD NOT ticket the LGBTQ activists for offending the preacher by marching around half-naked men in front of children.

"Unfortunately, there's not much on our side to do anything about it"

This is absolutely INSANE. These cops are supposed to enforce the LAW.
