It is shocking to me that the in the jury in the #LindsayClancy trial is not sequestered. We are no longer in the age of a “jury of your peers” with little to no access to media on the case. This is no longer the 18th, 19th, or even 20th century—juries in high profile cases cannot be trusted to not consult media in this day and age.
