On 20 Sept 2025 in Molhadhoo, Nexia Maldives Pvt Ltd held consultations with the Council & community, with wide participation from residents, institutions & sectors, to shape the 20-year strategy Viluntheri Raajje 2045 (Resilient Maldives 2045).

To celebrate World Ocean Day 2023, JA Manafaru Resort and Molhadhoo Council organized an awareness session for Molhadhoo school children about saving endangered marine life as well as a coral planting program in various locations along the reef in Molhadhoo.

The Eco Park project was carried out by HA, Molhadhoo Chill Bro's Youth Club - (CBYC). The project focuses on increasing awareness and encouraging visitors to experience the natural beauty of the area (Kandoofaa) while helping to preserve it for future generations.
