Today is my one year anniversary of moving to the UK to pursue my MA in publishing ✨

I booked a one way ticket for $210 and left the comfort of my family/home in Minnesota to move to a city where I would be completely alone and not know anyone.

I don’t regret a single thing.

Friends with low circulation in your hands/feet: how do you keep yourself warm?

I’ve finally caved and turned the heating on in the flat, but my fingertips are still icicles, leaving me with low mobility. I work as a scribe, so I need to type😅

Y’all... my boyfriend works in admin at an inpatient hospital. The hospital director just sent out an email and asked employees to reply “yes or no” to receiving the COVID vaccine. I’m baffled...I can’t even comprehend how “no” could even be an option for those in healthcare...

Finally a large weight has lifted off of my shoulders!

Today, my terrible landlord conceded and gave the full deposit back. My friends and I have been fighting this issue for MONTHS, absolutely worried and annoyed that he was attempting cheat us out of nearly £1000!
