🚨Preprint alert ! A new in-yeast cloning method named CReasPy-Fusion is now available to simultaneously clone and edit bacterial genome after direct fusion of cells. My first PhD paper accomplished at the @Mollicutes_Lab under the supervision of @Alain_ISVV and @carole_lartigue.
