I have been using journaling to uncover beliefs and feelings I didn't know I had. Reframing these things has been life changing. Everything seems just a little bit easier.
Processing emotions can feel like a chore. Yet, just noticing them as they arise throughout the day is surprisingly powerful. Often, they seem to gently release on their own. What subtle emotions are you observing today?
Change your mindset with simple words.
Pick words that feel good to you.
Nature. Freedom. Power.
Feel into these words when your mind goes haywire and bring yourself back to the realm of possibility.
How to change any situation:
1) Acknowledge negative expectations and set them aside.
2) Choose a simple intention and state it in your mind.
3) Go in with openness and presence.
Shift your focus, shift your outcome.
Everything seems to be within our awareness. I see my hands because I am aware. I see things in my mind and feel what I feel because I am aware. Awareness is ever present and encompasses time.j
When we are drowning in our emotions, or we are over analyzing them, we are dissociating from being. It's only when we step back that we can fully see our emotions and thoughts and experience existence in its entirety.
Detachment and being fully present is one of the great paradoxes of life. When we can do both we are fully present on our Beingness. Notice the stress in your body and then notice something in your environment. Describe it. Get caught up in it.
Detach.
