@TMobileHelp @TMobile please help. Your merger with Sprint is really messing up my ability make a claim regarding my daughter’s stolen phone. I paid for insurance on her phone for 5 years. When the phone was stolen you migrated me to T-Mobile snd didn’t transfer the Insurance.

@TMobileHelp please help! My daughters phone was stolen. It was insured. When we went to get a new phone they told us to migrate from sprint to T-Mobile. We had paid insurance to sprint for 5 years in this phone. Now T-Mobile won’t honor the stolen phone claim. Help!
