Changeez, son of Muhammad Ibrahim, was a 24-year-old labourer from Allandoor, Buleda, Turbat. On September 4, 2026, at around 11:00 AM, FC personnel forcibly disappeared Changeez from his home in Apsar, Turbat.
After 14 days of enforced disappearance, on September 17, 2026, FC personnel summoned Changeez’s family to the FC camp in Apsar, Turbat. They showed the family a photograph of Changeez and informed them that they had killed their son. The photograph showed that Changeez had been brutally struck on the head with a heavy object. FC personnel had also disposed of his body.
Under what law or constitutional authority can a person be abducted from his home, held incommunicado for 14 days, brutally tortured, and killed? Where are the guarantees of the right to life, protection from torture, due process, and access to justice? No security institution is above the law, and no family should be forced to learn of their loved one’s death through a photograph shown inside a security camp. Those responsible must be held accountable through an independent and transparent investigation.
The enforced disappearance and killing of Changeez cannot silence the demand for truth and justice. His family’s pain is a reminder of the countless Baloch families still searching for their loved ones. Grief must not become silence, and fear must not erase the right to resist injustice and demand accountability.
The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) urgently appeals to national and international human rights organisations, the United Nations, and the global community to take immediate notice of the grave human rights violations in Balochistan. The Baloch people continue to face enforced disappearances, arbitrary detention, targeted killings, and the denial of their fundamental rights.

Waheed Baloch, son of Balach, was born in Khuzdar Balochistan. He opened his eyes in a world where his nation was already colonised and suffering from the colonial oppression. He got his early education in his hometown and completed matriculation.
He was very young when he got himself social with literary and political circles. He participated students politics in his matriculation period and he joined the vanguard of Baloch students, the Baloch Students Organisation Azad (BSO Azad). On this platform, he seriously engaged himself with national cause, he got national consciousness by studying and getting the knowledge through the ideological lens.
At this young age where students mostly study their academic subjects but he couldn’t make himself rely on just academic studies, rather he knew the real education and got knowledge on the platform of mother organisation, BSO Azad. He was threatened constantly by the colonial Pakistani security agencies to withdraw from the national cause but he never feared from those colonial authorities.
In response of his peaceful political activities and active member of the organisation, he was targeted. On August 8, 2011, Waheed was forcibly abducted from Khuzdar by colonial Pakistani intelligence personnels. Following two months of enforced disappearance and severe torture, his mutilated body, alongside of Ghulam Ullah Baloch, was discovered in Khuzdar on October 9, 2011. His body bore extensive marks of physical abuse.
He was a minor student, but colonial Pakistani state feels threatened by such conscious and critical students. As the colonial states existence are rooted in lies and they shackle by truth. The same factor applies in colonised Balochistan. Numerous student activists who are aware and conscious are targeted, same happened in Khuzdar, where students were targeted to suppress Baloch students politics. The colonial Pakistani state launched various extremists groups to counter the Baloch national struggle, as the state cannot do itself.
The young cadre of the organisation, Waheed Baloch was targeted and killed in these brutal atrocities. In his young age, he sacrificed his live for the motherland which will be remembered till the last Baloch living in Balochistan. BSO Azad pays glorious tribute to the young fallen comrade. His legacy and sacrifice will lead us towards the destruction of colonialism and complete liberation of Balochistan.

Haroon Zehri, son of Rauf Zehri, was born in a foreign country, United Arab Emirates. He received his early education from abroad and completed matriculation there. Years later he along with his family relocated to their ancestral home of Khatan in Khuzdar, Balochistan. He was studying there, but the love of the motherland made him return home.
After returning to homeland, he continued his education in Khuzdar and completed his intermediate studies in Computer Science at Khuzdar Degree College. He was in his early age when he joined Baloch Student politics. Following the 2006 Council Session, he joined BSO Azad and actively participated in every facet of the organization’s work and became one of the brave and influential revolutionary characters in the student circle. Alongside his political journey, he moved to Shaal for further study and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Balochistan.
He maintained his academic career and national duty of struggling for his oppressed nation through the student politics. Known for his warmth and approachable nature, he was at forefront in addressing the everyday social issues faced by Baloch students. He was active in the peaceful political struggle, educating and leading his fellows towards the knowledge and freedom. As a result of his activism against state violence in Balochistan, he was repeatedly detained by police and law enforcement agencies of colonial Pakistani state. Because of his deep commitment to the Baloch cause, he deliberately avoided government employment which lead people towards personal greed, choosing instead to work for a non-governmental organization to meet his financial needs.
When the Vice Chairman of BSO Azad, Zakir Majeed was forcibly disappeared by Pakistani security forces, Haroon and his comrades blocked the main highway connecting Quetta (Shaal) to Karachi and protested against the illegal enforced disappearance. In response of his courageous act, the colonel and puppet government arrested and detained him. Multiple bogus cases were filed against him to make him threatened and feared. But those arrests and detention never halted his political struggle against the oppression.
On October 7, 2012, he was assassinated by colonial Pakistani state sponsored religious extremists in Khuzdar. He was the brave hero of Baloch land, who left the foreign country and the luxury life and chose to struggle for the independence of Balochistan. BSO Azad pays richest tribute to the courageous revolutionary hero, Haroon Baloch. His contributions and sacrifices remain an enduring part of the struggle for the liberation of Balochistan. He is not alive today, but the song of his bravery echoes from the top mountains to deep ocean of Baloch land.
