I am a stay at home mom and wife to two wonderful kids and husband. I manage social media, market websites and provide blogs/research for numerous clients.
@AndyBeshearKY@DougJones Just...why? Why would AL care what a KY gov has to say? I guess we (KY) are paying for your trip to visit other states to speak -- while the rest of us try to decide if $10 in gas will get us through until payday.
@GovAndyBeshear Has anyone asked whether Kentuckians want electric cars? Can our electrical grid even handle the added demand? Not to mention the added cost of owning an EV if you want to charge it at home quickly, is it something the average Kentuckian can afford or want?
@AndyBeshearKY Isn't it kind of ironic you are supporting local businesses now, but during COVID you were like the Grim Ripper to them? Trying to make the best look for that presidential run, right?
@AndyBeshearKY I guess we should be happy he is focusing on Vogue and other media rather than actually helping the state. His "help" usually involves state police arresting church goers, enticing fear into everyone, etc.
@FixingEducation Yes. The 'gifted' program at our kids' school is a joke. My kid is in it. Last project the "gifted" kids did was coloring and pasting. This is a joke for an 8th grader, which is why my daughter refuses to participate as its not helping her advance more, its busy work.
@GovAndyBeshear 120 counties in KY taken down to 34 regional driving license offices. Did you not think it would increase wait times and result in long lines? Seems common sense to me.
@AndyBeshearKY How is it cruel to suggest if you are able to work that you work rather than be given a handout? I see cars lined up at the local foodbank, all saying their benefits didn't cover enough. Know what I see? Better vehicles than what I drive, working 40+ hours per week.
@realspitfire Given I just lost my job of 15 years because AI can do it faster, never mind it won't insert humor, creativity, or pure human thoughts -- I've not much love for it.
@LibertyJen You are not alone -- at the start of the year I had 16 spoons for soup, cereal, etc. Today, I have two. Where did the other 14 go? Yet, they never lose a butter knife. It's one of life's mysteries.
@VincentCrypt46 Pretty much, right. Walking back home with scrapes and blood from a bike accident, not when it happened, but at the time we were meant to be home. No bandaids, rub a little dirty pond water in it and go on.
@GovAndyBeshear Does anyone else have a flashback to their 2nd-grade teacher stating "ain't" is not a word, show intelligence, and use proper grammar. No? Just me, huh.
@GovAndyBeshear That is approximately 0.267% of the population of KY. Less than 1%...maybe focus on issues that at least the majority of the population wants you to address. Just a thought.
@GovAndyBeshear I'm sure that will offset my $500 increase on house insurance even though I've never made a claim, the extra $100 my auto insurance went up every month, even though I've never filed a claim, the 45% increase on my electric, even though my usage is lower than it was a yr ago.
