We may have some issues with the Twitter feed in Momento on the 9th February due to changes with Twitter's API access. We're awaiting more information and will keep you posted.
@elonmusk We use the Twitter API to allow our users to see their tweets as a part of their private journal. Could read-only permissions be free of charge if API abuse by bots is your main concern?
@TheGenXHippie Hey, so sorry we haven’t replied. Rest assured we’re looking into this and why it only seems to be happening to some accounts and not others. As soon as we find a fix, we’ll release it and all your historic check-ins will be pulled in so you won’t lose anything in the meantime.
@lukehingis Hi Luke, sorry to hear you're having trouble. Could you try deleting the feed, waiting for it to completely finish and then re-add it fresh. If you have a lot of data we recommend keeping Momento open until it has completed importing.

@TheGenXHippie Hi Gen, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We haven't been able to recreate this one. Are you running Momento 3.5.11 on the latest version of iOS?
@lukehingis Hi Luke. Sorry for the delay in update. We had some major issues with the feeds that took some time to diagnose, fix, await bug fixes and update. The latest update is now available to resolve these issues.

@sahaining Providing Facebook feed is connected it will update within the hour. Instagram may need to be deleted and re-added if the images are not reloading.
@jcvangent The updates we have made to Momento’s Facebook integration over the past few years are ones to ensure compatibility with changes to their API’s. Can you ensure that Momento remains authorised in your Facebook Settings?
@jcvangent Hi Hans. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. This definitely shouldn’t be happening and this isn’t something we have had any recent reports of. Have you tried deleting the feed and re-adding it fresh?
