Dress reduced at #MarksandSpencer to £26 as per tag. Scanned through at till £85. Error shown to staff who claimed they were not legally obliged to sell me the dress! Refunded £85 despite dress being displayed in sale section with 2 reductions #Misrepresentation #Sharppractise
