There is an old Jewish tale told in the Talmud about a master who sent his servant to buy for him fish in the market.

The servant came back with a fish that was utterly rotten and smelled bad for his master.

His master gave the servant three options:

Eat the rotten fish, pay a fine, or be expelled from the city.

The servant chose the first and began eating the rotten fish.

Halfway through eating the rotten fish he just couldn't stomach it anymore so he asked to pay the fine.

After he paid half the fine he realized he cannot afford it anymore and was therefore expelled from the city, thereby taking on all three punishments.

That is what JD Vance did to himself by turning on Israel and his horrifying performance today in Switzerland.

I don’t understand who is going to invest in a $300 billion reconstruction fund for Iran. The U.S. is not doing so, and why would the Qataris or any other country in the Middle East that was just attacked by Iran invest one penny to support Iran’s reconstruction?

Most of the damage inflicted on Iran was directed to military targets. Why would anyone want to help Iran rebuild its military capabilities?

Even if the funds were limited to humanitarian-related infrastructure, if there is such a thing, money is fungible, and we know the first freed up dollar will go to rebuild Iran’s ballistic and nuclear capabilities.

What am I missing?

They don’t click anything in an email anymore - they save them for me to review when I’m with them. 90% are scams. Two factor authentication is a complete nightmare too. It’s so hard on them

@FloridaRaised00 @DKThompson Well folks at/in Michigan thought he was too conservative. Certain groups in FL thought he was too liberal. So to me that means he’s probably pretty close to the middle. Did he handle the anti-Israel protests as well as Sasse did? No. But the culture in MI is very different.
