Why has there been no public inquiry

I am living this every single day. Paralysis. Medical neglect. My life permanently altered. And after more than three years, VISP has still not collected all of my hospital records.

Here is the part people need to understand
I already have every record. Pulled directly from my medical files. MRIs. Hospital notes. Imaging. Timelines. Proof.

But I am not allowed to submit them.
Only VISP is allowed to collect them.
And they simply have not.

So my case sits stalled while I live in pain, without proper care, without answers, without accountability.

Global News put me front and centre. Experts have spoken. The evidence exists. Yet silence from leadership continues.

How many people are stuck like this
How many are deteriorating while waiting
How is this acceptable in Canada

I am asking again publicly
Where is the Health Minister
Where is the inquiry
Who is responsible for this failure
