My car incident was 2 years ago and I still haven’t mentally recovered from it. I still have severe anxiety while driving. Every winding road triggers an almost-panic attack 😞
You know how many winding roads there are?? A lot.
So I can’t drive anymore. Nope.
I told the boys that I would give them half of a cinnamon roll to eat with their snack at lunch tomorrow and they said, “Yay!”

The fact that I have to order vegan sprinkles from Europe 😪
And they’re not even the super cute ones with the silver rods.
I need to figure out how to make my own sprinkles.
Just ordered enough vegan sprinkles to last at least a year 😅
The most time-consuming part of being allergen-friendly baking is reading the ingredients of every single thing to make sure it’s good.
I saw some pretty sprinkles that were vegan but they had soy. I was sad.
3 things I vow to never do again:
-Replace cane sugar with coconut sugar when making simple syrup
-Use 100% cacao chocolate chips when making brownies
-Use that silicone baking tray to make fudge brownies
Lessons learned 🫠
Doc has given us the green light to:
-Feed Julian everything, except honey
-Sleep train Julian, which means allowing him to holler at 2 AM for 5-30 min
I don’t know about that second one, but yay for more food!
This week was supposed to be the week that I finally try out that vegan cinnamon roll recipe I’ve had my eye on. But I have 6 “orders” to fulfill, so I’m going to teach myself how to work with fondant & colors instead 🩷🤗💚☺️ #veganbaking
